  • What should I bring to my first class?
    For yoga classes, please bring a mat (we also have mats available for rent). For Zumba, Dance, HIIT, or Strength Training, wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothes and bring a water bottle.
  • Are there any age restrictions for classes?
    Our classes are open to all ages! Anyone under 18 must have a guardian and sign a waiver. No previous experience is necessary – we welcome all! Check our schedule for age-specific options. We offer specialized pricing and classes for Rising Talents (under 23) and Seasoned Strength (65+).
  • Where is the studio located, and is parking available?
    Our studio is located at 117 Water Street, Stonington CT. Free Street Parking -9a-5p is available on Water Street in front of the studio -All-day: is available on Main Street behind the studio (ex: 58 Main Street in GPS). **Please watch for posted 2-hour + 15-minute parking signs — it is strictly monitored on Water Street** Lots. Once you cross the viaduct, there are three main parking lots available for public use: -Town Docks (1 High Street, Stonington) -Wayland’s Wharf (137 101-1-22, Stonington) -Stonington Point (1 Water Street, Stonington) -The Borough is easily accessible by foot, so parking is never “too far away”. -There is also a parking lot at the soccer field (15 Taugwonk Road) and the Velvet Mill with a footbridge that conveniently connects to the Borough proper.
  • Is there a Vita Vigor app?
    Yes! Search "Fit by Wix" in your respective app store. Either search for Vita Vigor, or, follow the link on our website.
  • Can I take multiple classes in one day?
    Yes, absolutely! If you feel up for it, you can book multiple classes in a single day. Just be mindful of your body’s needs, and don’t hesitate to ask the instructor for modifications if necessary.
  • Do you have changing rooms at the studio?
    Yes, we have spacious changing rooms for your convenience. Please note, we do not have showers at this time. We encourage you to come dressed for class or to change in our studio.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?
    We offer a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
  • What should I expect when I arrive at the studio for the first time?
    When you arrive, feel free to check in at the front desk where we’ll greet you and get you set up. If it’s your first class, we’ll provide a quick tour of the space. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga or fitness – we’re here to support you every step of the way!
  • Can I try a class before committing to a package?
    Yes! We offer drop-in classes for you to try before purchasing a class pack or membership.
  • I am a teacher, how can I apply to teach at Vita Vigor?

  • Can I host my own workshop or event at Vita Vigor?

  • What if I miss a class? Can I reschedule or get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed classes, but you can easily reschedule your class depending on availability. If you're unable to attend, you can use your class credits for future bookings. We recommend booking ahead for your preferred class times!
  • How do I cancel or freeze my membership?
    If you need to cancel or freeze your membership, simply reach out to us via email at vitavigorwellness@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
